At Mixon Education Consulting, our mission is to equip early childhood programs/organizations, educators and leadership with a depth of knowledge in appropriate practices that facilitate young children's development. We are committed to equipping others in serving our youngest learners. 

Dr. Cheryl Mixon has been in the early childhood field for over 25 years. She has served as a teacher, a mentor coach, program director, professor and executive director. With this background, Dr. Mixon has extensive knowledge and expertise in education.  

Mixon Education Consulting offers professional workshops in all domains of early learning—language, social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
